The logistics services stay up late at the car show of the year
In collaboration with our freight forwarding partner from Japan having a branch office in France, we provided our logistics services for a car event.
Following a marketing survey, the Japanese manufacturer promoted the display of two luxury cars’ prototypes, inviting a group of potential Italian customers. The event took place at the Studio Novanta in Milan, strictly behind closed doors and without the possibility of taking photographs/videos, in order to protect the trade secret.
Considering the value of the prototypes, and above all the importance of the event itself, our staff was present on site to monitor all the logistics operations: unloading from the truck, unpacking of the items, use of the go-jacks to move the vehicles inside the studio, repacking and loading them on the truck at the end of the show.
We curated of every detail to provide “white gloves” logistics services, by supervising also during the night. In addition to the logistics services provided at Studio Novanta in Milan, we organized also the truck transport of the luxury cars in France, where they came back to Japan by air freight from Paris.
The market survey obtained excellent results: the cars were very successful among the public of the event. Ready for the next event? The show must go on!
